Integration
Shopify ↔ ERPNext: every online order in ERPNext, automatically.
The problem
Online orders were re-typed into ERPNext as invoices by hand, often days later. A make-to-order business meant a standard stock sync did not fit.
What we built
- A Shopify ↔ ERPNext v15 connector on Shopify's 2026 authentication model and the GraphQL Admin API, with auto-refreshing tokens.
- Real-time order and customer sync via webhooks, with a fallback poll, retries and failure alerts.
- Make-to-order accounting: the invoice posts at order time and stock moves on delivery, with shipping tax and payment-gateway clearing handled.
- Took the ERPNext system over from its previous vendor and upgraded it live.
The outcome
- Real-time order import replaces manual invoicing
- Zero missing or duplicate orders on reconciliation
- < 3 min downtime for the live version upgrade
Takeover & Support
Taking over and tightening an inherited ERPNext setup.
The problem
A heavily customised ERPNext that needed a new support partner, tighter purchase controls and better visibility across projects.
What we did
- Took over ongoing support from the previous ERPNext partner.
- Delivered a gap analysis and a target operating model.
- Rebuilt the purchase order approval workflow and blocked printing or emailing of POs until approved.
- Added employee onboarding with automatic expiry alerts for passports, visas and work permits.
- A daily approved-PO report by email, and project tracking enforced.

Migration
From legacy billing software to ERPNext.
The problem
A multi-counter operation running on legacy billing software, with stock, staff and online sales managed outside any single system.
What we did
- Migrated to ERPNext v15 with an opening stock reconciliation and a two-month parallel run alongside the old system.
- A custom Frappe app for billing counters, barcode generation, rack updates, attendance import and landed costs.
- A shared WhatsApp inbox inside ERPNext using the Meta Cloud API.
- A headless online storefront running on live ERPNext stock.

Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. All ERPNext work is delivered remotely, so we can work with businesses in any country. We can bill in USD, EUR, GBP, AED or INR and schedule calls to suit your time zone.
Can you take over an ERPNext system another vendor built?
Yes — this is a large part of our work. We start with an audit of your setup, custom apps and data, move hosting and code access into accounts you own, and then fix, upgrade and support it.
Do you work with Frappe Cloud or self-hosted ERPNext?
Both. We work on Frappe Cloud and on self-hosted servers, and can help you choose or move between them.
Can you connect Shopify to ERPNext?
Yes. We build and run Shopify ↔ ERPNext integrations for orders, customers, products and stock, using Shopify's current authentication and GraphQL Admin API, with retries and alerts so no order is lost.
How is a project priced?
We first understand the problem, then share a written proposal with the scope, timeline and cost — fixed-price for well-defined work, or a monthly support plan. Nothing starts until you approve it.
